Reagle lock: homekit integration fails

Cupertino, February 1, 2021

Strangely, this worked for a while, but now that I've added it to my HomeKit collection, including Lutron, my Reagle lock won't respond via HomeKit. I can lock and unlock through the Reagle app, but not the HomeKit. I removed it and added it back and it still gives me a "no reply" message when I try to control via HomeKit. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot right now. Is it possible that the hub they are trying to communicate with (my application) is too far away? The weird part is that this worked very well, and the app itself can do it, not just HomeKit.
