Receiving a notification when the wash is finished, can an Eve Energy outlet do this?

So I thought of a way to know when the washing is done, it seems that these types of sockets are able to see how much power is actively used.

I was thinking, is it possible to set up an automation whereby, if the energy used by the washing machine / dishwasher is higher than the energy used when it is turned off, but less than the energy used when it is used?

So, if on hold = 1 and on use = 50+, so if it drops between 2-49, then that (hopefully) would that mean the wash is done?
