The HomeKit configuration was solid a few years ago, but in recent months I've had no problems other than remote access, which also affects location-based automation.
When outside the home network, my iPhone displays a red "no answer" on each device. But if I go to home settings and see the status of the hub, it shows HomePod as "Connected" and the other AppleTV is in standby. The frustrating part is that the home app works great on my iPad outside the home network. "
Things I did to solve the problems:
* Reset HomePod
* Reset all 4 AppleTV devices
* Disabled HomePod and only used AppleTV for home hubs for a few days
* Trying to disable Home Hub on all AppleTVs except 1 (if multiple hubs caused a conflict)
* Try to disable the home hub on all AppleTV phones, using HomePod only
* He even deleted my iPhone and started fresh
Resetting the phone and HomePod solved the problem for several days, but eventually it came back to stop working.
What am I missing ??
* HomePod for the latest software
* Four 4K AppleTVs (only two with Home Hub enabled; all connected via ethernet)
* Hub Luteta Box (~ 25 switches)
* Hue Hub (~ 20 lights)
* Router Eero Pro
