I either get the device to say "update" forever, or it ignores the input (telling me something is on, but it's not) while holding a pointed circle in the corner of the tile or working in extreme delay (3+ minutes ).
I have disconnected and replugged my HomePod and ATV's and have restarted my iPad. I do not know what to do more.
