"Return to previous state" in iOS 14?

Cupertino, June 29, 2020

The Hue lights on my alley turn on automatically (dark) when it is dark and turn off when it is 23:00.

I want it to go 100% when motion is detected on my Hue outdoor sensor, but only when it is completely dark. In iOS 13 I can create an automation for this, but I can't make the lights return to their dark state when it's before 23:00.

Does anyone know if you can go back to a previous state or a specific scene in iOS 14?
