I'm moving to a new house and I realized today that there is no wired bell. Looks like the previous owners just had a cheap bell. HomeKit didn't have a lot of good options for the ringtone period. Indeed, I think Netatmo is the right option with so many problems with Logitech. Has anyone tried using an adapter that plugs into an outlet to power the ringer? I would push through the frame to get the threads where they need to be. My other thought is to make Nest with this adapter and a Starling bridge. There seem to be a lot of solutions to get a solution that I'm not crazy about. I like to stay away from Google products in general and I wouldn't have additional features without a subscription.
