We installed an Aqasa G4 doorbell with HomeKit and notifications appear on Apple TV, both our iPads and Home Pods Mini, but not on either of our iPhones.
The ringtone is fully functional in the phones Home app (can see the stream, talk, , ...) except for the notifications on the phone.
Everything is up to date, rebooted, already disassembled and re-paired the doorbell, ... He ran out of ideas. Google doesn't seem to show good ideas.
