Running a shortcut at set intervals

Cupertino, November 4, 2021

Is there a way to trigger a HomeKit shortcut to run on a timer, I created a shortcut to send data to InfluxDB to record certain temperatures, but I'm really struggling to find a way to do it more often than once per day. I tried using the HomeKit Controller to set up automation using the hidden interval timer, but this seems to have issues with shortcuts, and I tried using the Homebridge Schedule plugin to switch a switch to a range and listen to the automation for startup but that doesn't seem to work either.
