"Scene" somewhat broken

Cupertino, April 3, 2020

Environment:
3 x 13.4 Homepods (starting on launch day)
1 x Apple TV 4K (13.3)
iPad and iPhone 13.4
MacOS Catalina
Homebridge for my non-native things

I had to restore my Mac Pro after I upgraded to Catalina, back to Mojave. Then webex broke, so I gave Catalina another try and we're fine there. But of course the quality continues to decline, so things were unpleasant with iMessage afterwards; namely contact pictures. So I logged off to the iPhone and signed up for iCloud. The problem seemed to happen afterwards.

None of my automations fired. Precisely because the "scenes" to which all the accessories were attached arrived in a sick state. I ended up throwing away all the custom scenes and rebuilding. But the "built-in" scenes, such as good night, good morning, etc ... tell me I can't edit. When I try to create a new scene, it seems to me, but it cries when creating an object with this name already exists. Same for custom scenes - I'm told there is already a scene with a similar name.

Is there a way to dig up / delete old scenes? I have tried numerous third party applications.
