My HomeKit just doesn't work reliably with scenes with more than 1 light. At 6 in the morning, I ask HomeKit to turn on 4 lights for the family room ... today only 1 turned on ... yesterday 3 out of 4 turned on ... I never know what will turn on. Then I can turn on the ones that didn't start one at a time ... some are slow and sometimes get unanswered messages, but try again, it works. Any idea ? Network is OK ... iCloud response time ... light bulbs? All my switches work like a charm
