Damn everyone! I've searched many threads but can't find the answer to my problem. Sorry if I missed it. Anyway, I received the lock today and installed it. The manual said to enter one of the 2 four digit user codes on the back of the manual or into the lock. I did that and got the red X light flashing with the beep. I then went ahead and used the Schlage app to set up the lock and everything went well so I could control it from the Schlage app. Then I tried to add it. to HomeKit through the Schlage app. I could unlock and lock through the Home app, but my iPhone or Apple Watch wouldn't work either, I got the beep and the red X again. So, I deleted it from Home app, Schlage app and factory reset. . Then I started over with the Schlage app (the user code still gives the red X). The lock never went through its setup process of moving the lock a few times. However, it appears in the app. When I send a command using the Schlage app, the lock beeps a few times and then nothing. After an hour of this I get a little frustrated. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
