I just installed a Schluter Ditra. E-rs1 radiant heat thermostat and was able to add the thermostat to HomeKit using the provided QR code. Went through and connected the thermostat to WiFi but immediately said it was not responding. Tried factory reset which didn't work, deleted the device from HomeKit and tried reinstalling and it gets an error saying it's already in another home. Currently I don't know what to do because the thermostat works in the Schluter app and no combination of reset and add works for me. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I forgot to add that I unplugged all my home pods and Apple TVs to reset the whole system and no change in the state of this thermostat.
