I have 3 Sensi thermostats and a net gear router. The one in my footer appears offline in the app. I was reconnecting and one day it's offline again. I tried to change the living room and basement thermostats. A day later, the one in the basement now appears offline, and the one in the basement goes well in the living room. There is only about 8 'between my router and the location of the thermostat in the basement. The basement ceiling is insulated with kraft fiberglass tiles. No foil. There is an I-beam above the thermostat and a steel column next to it, but neither the I-beam nor the column fall in a direct line between the router and the thermostat. I have a second router in the basement. I tried to connect the basement thermostat to it and it seemed to work, but about 2 days later, the wifi had gone down again. Also ... although I can't understand how he tied this up ... my basement circulator (less than a year old) is dead now. Burned, maybe? I don't want to replace it until I'm sure I've solved this problem with wifi, only if the thermostat problem somehow caused the circulator to burn out. I thought maybe there was a problem with the wiring at the location of the basement thermostat, but I don't think there's any way to explain the wifi down. TIA for any help!
