Several houses in the same location

Cupertino, October 28, 2021

I'm setting up HomeKit in a new home. It is a multi-unit home that will have three units available for rent on Airbnb and also a fourth unit that will be the owner's home. I would like to configure HomeKit in all units for things like light control and a few other reasons. The question is, will I have problems with this configuration? The main residence will be the only one that has any type of location-based automation. Each unit will have a separate HomeKit configuration, so that each unit can only see its devices, but the owner will be able to see all the units. Do you have any clues, thoughts or pitfalls regarding this configuration?
