I woke up this morning and found that my lights were responding very slowly to the weaker switching commands. I decided to try the old stop and start again with the shade hub. It seems to be a big mistake, because none of my switches are working and the lights do not respond to HomePod Siri commands. The weird thing is that it works perfectly through the home app on my phone, and the controls of the adjustment switch can be seen in the app (although they don't seem to reach the lights). Do you have any help or do I have to rebuild the whole house from scratch?
