I tried to figure out how to do that. I build some shelves for the back of a bar, there are about 3, maybe 4 shelves, which will have a length of about 36 ”, which is much shorter than the LED strips that I could find compatible with HomeKit. My main question is, is it possible to get longer stands and cut them and somehow tie them in parallel? Could I make each shelf a different color? There are all kinds of cheap stands, but I don't want 5 small remote controls to change colors and what not. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
