Shortcuts don't turn off my lights

Cupertino, September 20, 2023

So I created a HomeKit scene that turns off my bedroom lights when I leave. Then I have a shortcut that should trigger this scene when I leave my home address. I know the scene works because I tested it in HomeKit. I've even made sure it works when I'm not connected to the internet at home. And when I leave the house I get a notification that my shortcut has been run. But my lights stay on. Does anyone know how to fix this? FYI: I use shortcuts to trigger the scene instead of a HomeKit automation because I only care about when I leave, not my other occupants in the house. And I don't have any HomeKit automation that conflicts with this shortcut.
