Simple automation doesn't work. Any tips?

Cupertino, January 22, 2022

I have an automation set up - `When someone gets home`` Turn on the access plug (which turns on a projector) `` Turn off after 3 minutes.` Initially I couldn't get it to work, but I thought it was for In fact, I didn't set up "Home" as the place where I live. So it worked and I was using my AppleTV Lounge as a HomeHub. However, this was not great, as I often have this AppleTV connected to a different network than my home network, as it is used for streaming from different countries / applications. So I bought a HomePod Mini and set it up on my main network. My automation wasn't working, so I found out that there was a HomeHubs setting inside the Home app on my iPhone, and the AppleTV was still listed as connected, and the HomePod mini as standby. So I turned off AppleTV as HomeHub in its settings, and now HomePod Mini is displayed as Connected. I'm confused. Automation still doesn't work. I can "test" it and it works well, but it doesn't light up when I get home. HOME is set correctly in the Contacts application, HomePod Mini is listed as Connected and in my home network. Can anyone suggest what I'm missing or not checking? Https://preview.redd.it/cbvd0zwxnec81.jpg?width=1125&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4537f71a5266e575632481d75cb0a6635d8732dc
