Here is the solution. First, make sure the Bridge appears in the list of devices on the router. If it doesn't exist, this is another issue that I will not describe. Take your HomeKit phone and code with you. This must be done quickly. Second, press the # 2 button on the side of the bridge TWICE. Wait for all three lights to flash - yellow, blue, and green. Press and hold button # 2 again until all lights go out. Open HOME on iPhone. Press + to add accessory and scan HomeKit code.
