Siri thinks there are 2 fans

So I had HomeKit setup with no problems for how long HomePod has been out. I have WeMo smart sales outlets and they have no problems.
I went away for a week and the tab didn't respond. So I removed and added it again. Now it seems that there are 2 fans.
I moved home and set it up as new. Added everything back manually, worked fine, and after 24 hours think there are 2 fans again.
When I enter the home program, there is only one fan listed. The only solution I currently have is to name the fan "air" and switch to socket instead of fan.
Anyone know of any ideas on how to find a solution to this problem?
