The match remained close, but Leeds overtook the first, after a mistake by Skipton's back meant that the guests passed to the goal and entered the break with a goal up.
But a great tie for Skipton in the second half saw Holly Morgan throw the ball to Corina Riley, who put the ball behind the net and Skipton equalized.
In the last five minutes, Leeds capitalized on a free-kick from Skipton to a corner, with a shot from the edge of the area to seal the victory.
