it was probably discussed to death, but anyway. looking to make my existing rolls smart and compatible with homekit. I'm in the UK and I really only found 2 (maybe 3) possible solutions ** Ikea ** - ready-made blinds, so as to replace the existing blinds. they look like a good product, the only problem is that the dimensions I make them do not match any of my windows. I am in the UK and it is a 10 year old house that seems to have standard British sized windows - however none of the Ikea sizes match any of my windows - so it is a ** Soma ** - it does not match existing rolls, but homekit is not "official", I can run the soma connection on a Pi that I already have, so there is no real problem, but 100 GBP per blind! ** Aqara ** - products appear soon apparently? but there are no vendors in the UK and it seems to use a Chinese based app? do I have other options available to me?
