Smart Plug that can control fading

I have two lamps from Amazon that I bought before going into HomeKit automation.

And a floor lamp almost identical to it

Now is there a way I can integrate them into HomeKit and control and diminish them? If not, then what hacks can I do? I looked at capacitive wireless ideas, but found nothing concrete.
