Smart plugs from iHome not so smart "No answer"

Does anyone else have problems with iHome smart mini-plugs? I have more in the house along with smart plugs from WEMO and iDevices. IHome smart plugs are the only ones that show "no response" daily in HomeKit. I've notified iHome on a few occasions and all I get from them is to disconnect and reconnect them, after I've made them keep in touch for a few hours, then show "no response". Their customer service did not win; I don't answer ... thanks !!
