First post in r / HomeKit - I thought I would contribute a little for the community.

After pre-ordering a [black Homesense Smart Switch 4S](https://www.myhomesense.com.au/product/switches/homesense-smart-switch-jet-black-4s/) in March 2020, with 50% discount (RRP AUD199), I finally received a day in followed and had time to install it today.

I don't have much exposure to other smart wall-mounted switches, so I can't compare, but all I can say is that it does its job like a switch ...

Some observations and pictures:

1. Installation is quite simple - it took me 5 minutes. Note that the home switch requires you to have a neutral line (older homes in Australia do not have this).
2. I only connected for 1 switch (which connects to 4 LIFX traffic lights). The other 3 switches are not connected, but you can use it to trigger other automations / scenes of your own e.g. turning on the TV.
3. Designed, the switch is washed with a single glass panel covering the entire face. It has some weight due to the glass panel)
4. Haptic feedback (with sound), plus a white light ring for each on / off switch is pleasant. Choose black for this very reason.

Time will tell if there are any defects in the product and I will report here if I find any.
