Smartthings app does not lock/unlock Schlage Connect Deadbolt or allow me to add user codes

* Recently changed internet providers and got a new router. * My Smart Things Hub is connected to power and to the router with an ethernet cable, and the LED is solid green. * Lock is a Schlage Connect Touchscreen with Alarm (model BE469NX) * Walked through the steps to put the ST Hub into exclusion mode and removed the lock, then used the app and lock manual to reconnect. * Shows up in my Smart Things app and *shows* me a lock/unlock history as well as *allows* me to change the code users name (ie "code 1" to "John" etc.) * Using a tape measure , the lock is 12 ft straight from the ST Hub - no obstructions in between, it's a room. **Problem:** However, when I press lock/unlock in the app - it loads as if working on it, but then nothing happens. Similarly, if I try to create a new user code from the app, it loads but nothing happens. Please help me to fix the problems.
