Smartthings Removing my hub

Cupertino, June 4, 2021

So about the last year I had an ST -> HomeKit using homebridge. It worked so well and was so stable that I honestly haven't opened the smartthings app in a few months. Well, I just did it and Samsung is withdrawing its 2013 ST hub. I'm happy to spend only $ 100 and get a new hub - I have no problem with ST because I can make it work through the homebridge and I got 7 years without problems from my original hub. I also like that the Z-Wave protocol seems a little more forgiving, because not every device is suspended over WiFi. I haven't had any of the typical HK problems that people see me having. So when I replace the hub and add all my devices, will my homebridge still work or will I have to completely reconfigure it? I guess because the only thing that changes is the hub and the software connection from the ST to the homebridge doesn't change, it should be pretty straightforward. And naive? Thanks for the help. Andy
