I posted this review about SomaShades once back [[Link](Https://www.homekit.blog.com/r/HomeKit/comments/f08p42/soma_shades_overclosing_issue/) ]. Whatever the reason, I did not receive support for this issue, I just felt that I was doing something wrong with the settings.
I didn't know much, that posting initiated a chain of events that caused the company to come to me and offer a full refund or replacement, I asked for a refund and they took care of everything, including transportation expenses.
3 days ago, I received my new SomaShades with some serious updates. Faster, built-in battery and, above all, the configuration is perfect and maintained.
I just had to post this post and update my experience with them. They just listened.
