Somfy TaHoma and HomeKit blinds

Cupertino, February 13, 2020

I have Somfy RTS blinds currently controlled by their app and TaHoma hub. I waited about 18 months for the promised software update to bring HomeKit compatibility, but the date is pushed back and has now been removed from their full site. It seems that HomeKit is no longer part of Somfy's plans. I would like to find a solution. I also use the LightwaveRF switches to control my lights. Does anyone know of a round of work that will allow me to use the LightwaveRF hub and application to control the blinds, even if it means adding another hardware component?
