Has anyone used one of these switches: SONOFF MINIR4M Matter Smart Switch, Universal DIY Module for Smart Home Automation Solution Compatible with Alexa & Google Home Assistant, 1 pack (I can't post a link because I got it on Amazon). My electrician hooked it up with a towel rack (no external switch) but I can't add the device to my house. It doesn't show up on scan and I can't manually add the code. Any help people could give would be appreciated. The electrician said that the rack worked fine before he added the device, but now it appears that no power is going through the towel rack.
