I have a scene that I usually trigger through my voice saying "Hey Siri, good morning". It is a scene that turns on a series of lights in 2 rooms. This morning the scene turned on all the expected lights correctly. But a reported light failed to respond, even though it lit up. About 2 seconds after reporting the false failure, it turned off the lights in the room I was in. This happened twice before I turned on the lights in the room via the Home app. As I mentioned, I'm running iOS 15 and TvOS 15 on the currently active HomeKit hub.
