I have an installation on AppleTV4 / Cloud with tvOS 12.3. This installation has multiple Eve devices (BLE) and Ecobee (WiFi). Auto updates are turned off on tvOS.
Suddenly, the Eve automations (power switch on / off) stopped working. In the Home app, the switch also switches when trying to change its state (which of course explains why automation fails).
Now it gets really weird. If I open the Eve app, the light switches can still be turned on / off. In addition, when the state changes, the home app displays the correct state. (But the buttons still refuse to work in the home app, and automations fail).
I am remote and do not have access except through the cloud. I contacted Eve and they say it is an Apple issue because it works in the Eve app. I contacted Apple and all they could offer was reinstall everything. Any other ideas?
