Looks like I have good news!
For several years, the HomeKit video stream has suffered common failures when a stream breaks and will be orphaned when moving from one network point to another. "Wait until someone else in this house stops seeing the camera and try again"
Another issue was with the Arlo Baby camera and Apple Watch - it would not be transmitted on the watch if you are on the same network and the watch is connected to the phone
I was unable to replicate these issues after today's updates! I walked around the house streaming video on my phone and it didn't break at all. The video starts constantly every time and I can see that video stream to the HomePod and then to the clock. On iOS 13 / watchOS 6, the watch would try to receive videos from your phone via Bluetooth, I think
