Suggestions for fixing the unanswered problem with a front door lock? 🚪🔒

What steps would you recommend me to try to fix the “No Answer” error for the August WiFi block? For context: 98% of the time does not respond in the home application, but works 99% of the time in the August application. My door is on the first floor (I live in an apartment on the second floor), so my home router and hub is in my living room on the second floor (about 20-35ft diagonally from the door). Wifi power in the August app shows -89 (weak). What I should try: 1) Move the Wifi router closer to the lock (The closest would be the bedroom above the front door ~ 12ft vertically) 2) Move the Homepod Mini closer to the lock (it would have moved to the same location as option 1 ) 3) Bring a Wifi extender closer to the lock (connect an extension cord and run it up the stairs). Thanks! My place doesn’t have many sockets, so I don’t want to run tons of cables to find out I did it wrong first, etc. Curious what worked for others. 🙏
