Hi, I took the step last week and bought one on their V3 + units, but I’m having trouble installing. Steps: 1. Connect your device, scan your HomeKit code 2. The device successfully registers with HomeKit and says “Required setup, you can provide home access to this accessory in the manufacturers app” 3. Open the Tado app, select “Use Tado with HomeKit “4. Select the Smart AC unit, select Accessory setup 5. Then a white swipe appears with a gray rotation in the middle of the page. After about a second, the application crashes and I return to the trampoline. The device is currently on firmware- ul 59.5, I clicked on Firmware Update, but it hasn’t changed, I also tried a factory reset and followed similar steps, but I still have problems. “I know the phone can talk to him. Are there any suggestions for this to work? I contacted Tado support, but I didn’t get anywhere. If it doesn’t work soon, I’ll probably return it.” no and I will try another option … (side note, how is Sensibo?) do you want to configure it independently (without creating an account etc …)?
