Temperature-based heating automation does not start

Cupertino, January 31, 2024

Hello, I am trying to make an automation that works between 14:00 and 1:00 (the next day) and based on the temperature shown on the aqara temperature sensor, it should turn on the smart plug (I use the electric heater) the problem is that the temperature it was the same. below the desired temperature and the automation did not trigger to turn on the smart plug Then I noticed that it says "When the temperature drops below 20 degrees Celsius" Then Turn on the smart plug means that for this automation to work the temperature should be above 20 C and when it reaches say 19C then will the smart plug trigger?
