The additional home user cannot access our home with LTE cellular data

I'm just wondering, did anyone have my similar experience?

When I upgraded my ATV4K to ios14 and our iPhones / iPads, my wife can't access the HomeKit devices on her iPhone when she's disconnected from WiFi and only uses cellular data. My connection has no problems, I can control everything on my cell phone.

I debugged for a while with Apple's assistance, so much so that they had to pass it on to the engineers and wait for a call back. I'm not sure what the problem is. But, I just wanted to see if any of you were in trouble. Maybe it's a bigger problem?
