I have a Lutron Caseta Dimmer switch that occasionally appears as on in both the Lutron app and the Apple Home app, but neither the LEDs on the switch nor the light itself are actually on. The switch is no more than 20 feet from the Lutron hub. It's also next to another Caseta switch that never seems to have a problem. I reset it to factory settings but that didn't help. Any suggestions?
