I have a lot of HomeKit products, gigabit internet, 2 eero pro 6 and everything works constantly, but since I bought the Aqara E1 hub, it still disconnects (especially whenever I have to restart the router) and then refuses to reconnect. This means that every time I have to reset it and reconfigure the smart shades for which I use it and add them back to scenes and automations and rename them and so on. It was the biggest pain and I am convinced that all these YouTubers who praise Aqara should receive a check from them, because my experience is the worst I have had in the 5+ years of using HomeKit. I tried to call on their support, I gave them context about what was happening and they told me that they would analyze this and then they did not answer me in almost 2 weeks. I'm so close to breaking this thing up as if it were an Office Space printer. Does anyone have any experience with this hub or Aqara or do they know if this is a way to fix or prevent this from happening? REAAAALL I don't want to have to reset it again and set up all my scenes and automations just for this to happen again the next time I have to restart my router.
