The August lock says you need to set up for another account

Cupertino, October 26, 2021

My son now has an iPhone. He received the app in August, added it as a homeowner, and sent him a Siri invitation. He is listed as an administrator in the home application and controls well any other homekit accessory, but the padlock says that configuration is needed. I made sure that August has access to the home in privacy and he can even see which room he is in from the home setup screen in the August app, but he can't control it in the homekit. Is this a problem because it has an Apple ID for children or something else?
