The cameras made me doubt the HomeKit

Cupertino, October 6, 2021

Finally, immersing myself in HomeKit rooms, I now run a Logitech sound and two circle views, one inside and one outside. And now, after I left them, I really regret the experience and showed how bad HomeKit and Homekir Secure Video is for cameras. Logitech ringtone - activated and offline frequently, but only at certain times of the day. Then it will work perfectly for a day or two. The electrician said that the power is correct in the specifications and does not need a transformer. Maybe it's Linksys velops, but no other smart device falls. Circle views - the one inside works amazing when we leave. I tried to be detecting movement as night light for when we sleep, but everything is movement. Constant movement. Even if it is set to be only detected people, it is the city of movement. It runs on an Alien Amllifi, so there's a solid connection there. There are no problems with disconnecting. Besides one is unusually inconsistent. It stays connected 90% of the time, but constantly falsely detects "people" at least 30-40 times a day. Then the notifications change constantly. I set it to be notified only when it records human detection, but in a few days it notifies me about "movement" a few hundred times. Then, on other days, I don't get notifications. Then, on other days, I get nothing but seeing a bunch of recordings. This is on linksys. All three constantly take forever to charge. Most of the time, if I get a notification, I have to click on the notification, then force it to exit the home app, and then reload it. Then wait 30 seconds to a minute and the video will load. It's a 50/50 photo when I click on another recording, if it takes a long time to upload. Then all the limited options are just a joke. Stream, but do not record, record and stream, etc. without any nuance. No nuance for things to move, etc. it's all stupid. Almost everything in my house that can be HomeKit is HomeKit and I think I will not add other rooms and instead I will go in a different direction, because this was miserable.
