My Logi Circle ringtone will not connect to the wifi when it is in the case. It works great outside when connected to a USB cable, so there are no external connection issues, but when it's in the case it won't work. It shows a yellow light that occasionally pulses and I got the suggested transformer here, so it should get enough power. I've already reset it with luck.
