I've noticed this problem forever (maybe 3-4 years), all iOS versions since then, with and without Homebridge (on RPi, Docker) and with and without HomeAssistant. iPhone X. Looks like the first time the page opens, it can't load. Go back to reopening and it works and stays on for a while (I guess as long as a state is kept in RAM). Does anyone else see this? To play: - Open the Control Center (iPhone locked or unlocked) - Tap Home - The page is completely blank (only the Homekit icon in the top right) - Turn around and enter again, working
