The device status of the home application on the iPhone is not synchronized with the application on the Mac

I have a HomeKit device that displays “No Answer” in the Home application (ver.4.0) on my Mac (latest OS 10.15.7), while it works very well on my iPhone, it provides a correct status, responds and can be controlled with the Home app on the iPhone. Both the Mac and the iPhone communicate via the same WiFi network.

I always thought that HK status and commands went through iCloud and Home Hub. But do different devices receive different responses? I am new to this field and still learning.

Can anyone suggest a solution to this? Or does it help to troubleshoot it?
