The easiest to use light bulbs?

Cupertino, December 31, 2021

I recently bought some $ 50 Phillips Hue bulbs and use them in the Bluetooth app because I didn't realize I'd need a $ 60 deck to get them to work with HomeKit. From what I see, nanoleaf doesn't need a bridge and it's much cheaper, is it a better way to go? I want the lights to be easy to use for my wife and children, and I'd rather not need separate apps to work and work with the HomeKit app.
