The eero 6 router causes HomeKit devices to stop responding

Cupertino, October 5, 2021

Before becoming a hero, the only devices that would go offline would be the horrible Leviton switches. Today I received the eero 6 router and 2 extensors. I set everything up and connected my devices to it. Now, the Logitech ringtone and Vizio TVs are offline, along with my smart Wemo card. While I was at home and connected to my network, everything went well. When I went to see my father for the football game, the aforementioned devices went offline. I tried to restart the internet and the same devices that continued to appear offline. I also noticed that they want to connect to 5ghz instead of 2.4ghz. Does anyone have any advice for my devices to work again when I'm away from my home network? Thanks.
