I've been messing with this for a few months now. I have a few scenes that always report "Failed" and it seems to be getting worse rather than better. Siri sometimes even says I can ask what went wrong, but I can't figure out what the incantation is to that answer. Here's the thing though, most of the time all the devices did what they were supposed to do AND the results show up in the Home app (both match what the device actually did and match the requested settings). Am I missing something on how to find what supposedly failed? I have a bunch of stuff from different brands (Hue, VOCOlinc, Meross, Qingping, Aqara, Schlege, Netatmo, probably something else), mostly lights or plugs/power, plus locks and garage, various sensors (presence, door/window, liquid, temperature, CO2 and other air qualities) and a few HomePods to play controller.
