I recently purchased a HomeKit compatible device, which allows me to open and close the front gate. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear in my CarPlay Siri suggestions. I'm afraid it's because the device type is [“lock”/“switch”](https://imgur.com/a/ig35O2z) and CarPlay only supports garage type devices. Is there a way I could change the guy in the "garage"? I also plan to buy a HomeKit garage opener. Will it be possible to open the front door and the garage at the same time from CarPlay?
