The HKSV stream cannot be viewed on the phone until it is connected to Wifi

So this issue has arisen since the transition to iOS 14 at launch.

I have an Eufy Cam Indoor Pan & Tilt camera, which is configured on HKSV and is turned on when my partner and I are at home and turns into streaming when we are both out of the house.

On iOS 13.7.x it worked perfectly, I was able to view the stream while I was connected to LTE, as well as my partner.

From the update to iOS 14 (and therefore all updates), I can only view the stream after I have connected to Wifi; once I disconnect from Wifi, I can now view the stream on LTE or Wifi. My partner does not have such a problem, ie it works at any time, either on Wifi or LTE. This problem reappears every time we come home and leave again.

I removed, reset and re-added the camera to HK and checked the Home settings under the cell phone and they are activated, but I can’t figure out in my lifetime why it only works after connecting to * any * Wifi network (even and a public one).

I contacted Apple and they suggested I try resetting my phone settings (all of them), but before I do that, I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts or recommendations on how to fix this, you may have experienced this issue and you solved it!
