Good HomeKit team, I configured the IT4WIFI module at my Nice Swing Wingo 2020 gate. I configured it through HomeKIit and when I am at home under WIFI, the device works well through the Home application. However, as soon as I leave the house and connect to it remotely (via 4G) it says "no answer". Other important details. Setting up my home application: - I use HomePod mini as HomeHub. - All other homekit devices work well inside Wifi and outside, while being connected remotely on 4G. - I restarted the network and the device. - I use Orbi Rbr750 (everything is updated) - the application of the home organizer says "does not respond" to that device even under WiFi. Any other invited user has access when connected to WiFi on the device. Please give me a resolution?
